To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the email address on your account, the device and app version you're using (e.g. iPhone, iOS 18, StartKaro 1.0), and a short description of what happened.

StartKaro signs you in with a 6-digit code sent to your email — no password to remember. Enter your email, and we'll send a code that's valid for a short time.

Didn't get the code? Check your spam or promotions folder, make sure the email address is spelled correctly, and request a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, email hi@startkaro.io and we'll help you get in.

StartKaro is where founders share ideas, journey updates, and thoughts. Tap the composer at the top of the feed to post, react and comment to give feedback, and follow people whose work you want to keep up with. Direct messages let you talk one-to-one.

We have zero tolerance for abusive users and objectionable content. You can report any post, comment, or profile, and block any user, directly in the app — use the ⋯ menu on a post or profile. We review reports and remove violating content and accounts, typically within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email hi@startkaro.io.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the app via Settings → Delete account, or on the web at startkaro.io/delete-account. Deletion removes your profile, ideas, updates, thoughts, comments, reactions, follows, and messages, and cannot be undone.
