When you sign in or enroll, CLOUDYML E-LEARNING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED collects your name, email, and (where provided) phone number to operate the service and send transactional communication. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Operational tools we rely on include MongoDB Atlas (storage), Gmail (email), Vercel (hosting), Cashfree (payments), and Meta Pixel (advertising analytics). Each processes data only as needed to operate the service.

For paid programs offered by CLOUDYML E-LEARNING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, refund eligibility is communicated at the time of enrollment and on the checkout page. Where a refund is approved, the original payment is reversed to the source instrument within standard banking timelines.
